Frank Walker is a retired High School art teacher with 31 years of experience in the classroom.
He graduated from Grambling State University in Louisiana, where he was an intern in the National Teacher Corps program working in disadvantaged communities in North East Louisiana.
Walker also holds master's degree from Fresno State University in art and a master's degree in marriage counseling from the University of Phoenix. For ten years Frank was a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
The Walker's moved to the central coast full-time 6 years ago.
Frank and Jim Karjala had a well received two person show at the Art Center during the summer of 2019.
Frank has been active in the art center activities and has been a founding member of the Cambria Vineyard Church Creative Community.
He dabbles in a variety of media including acrylic painting, ceramics work and digital design.
